Love this kind of dish, different combinations of taste and spices in each bite. Beetroot (fried), green onions, mango, carrots (fried), coriander, cabbage, spinach and millet boiled in veggie stock. Served with two types of sauces: peanut and chili/coriander with sesame seeds.
